Backup sign-in
For Owners and managers who lost the phone or computer that holds their passkey. You need two things: the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, and one of the recovery codes you saved.
Repair tech or pool cleaner? You don't have recovery codes. Ask Sam or your manager for a new setup link.
Open Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or similar and look for Sundays HQ.
It looks like ABCDE-FGHJK-MNPQR-STVWX-YZ0123. Dashes and spaces are fine. Each code works once.
