How to get into Sundays HQ
Sundays HQ is the Sundays Pools team's own app for the office and the route. There's no password to remember: you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or your phone's passcode.
Who's who
- Owner: Sam. Owners see and change everything, and choose each person's role.
- Manager: runs clients, the schedule and the team day to day, and can invite and suspend repair techs, pool cleaners and other managers. Only an Owner changes someone's role or removes a person.
- Repair tech and pool cleaner: see their own stops on the day they work them. Prices, invoices, clients' emails and private notes never show for them.
First time: set up your sign-in
Sam or a manager shows you a setup code to scan with your phone's camera, or sends you a setup link by email or text. You do this once. Repair techs and pool cleaners only make a passkey, about a minute. Owners and managers do all four steps, about five minutes.
- Scan the code or open the link, then tap Set up sign-in. Use the phone you'll work from.
- Make your passkey. Your phone asks for Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. That's the whole step.
- Owners and managers: connect an authenticator app. It's your backup if you lose that phone. Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator (both free), tap the plus sign and scan the square code on the screen, then type the 6-digit code it shows.
- Owners and managers: save your 10 recovery codes. Download them, print them, or keep them in a password manager. They're shown once.
Had to stop partway? If you already made your passkey, go to sign in and use it. You land right back in setup. If you stopped before that, ask Sam or a manager for a new setup code.
Every time after that: sign in
- Go to team.sundayspools.com, or open Sundays HQ from your Home Screen.
- Tap Sign in.
- Use Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. You're in.
If something goes wrong
- You lost or replaced your phone. Repair techs and pool cleaners: ask Sam or your manager for a new setup code. Owners and managers: use backup sign-in with your authenticator code and one recovery code, then make a new passkey.
- The setup link says it no longer works. If you already made a passkey, go to sign in and use it. Otherwise ask for a new setup link: a scanned code lasts 15 minutes, a link sent by email or text 24 hours.
- The setup page says a passkey was made and it wasn't you. Call Sam right away. Someone else may have your link.
- It says your account is waiting for approval. Sam or a manager still needs to approve you. Give them a call.
Still stuck? Call Sam.
